PROVISON

The Freedom of Information Order provides for full public disclosure of all government records involving public interest and upholds the constitutional right of people to information on matters of public concern.

The executive order states:

• "Every Filipino shall have access to information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development." — E.O. 2 sec. 3

HOW TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

1. Download and fill-up the FOI form.
2. Send the filled-up FOI form with a scanned valid ID to bwd_adn@yahoo.com (Check below for the list of valid IDs)
3. Wait for fifteen (15) working days to process the request.

NOTE: Please check your selected mode of communication from time-to-time as we may ask for clarification on your request. While the request is being clarified, the 15-working day processing period is on hold. This will resume once the requestor has cleared the concern. Request without response to the clarification will be cancelled after sixty (60) calendar days.
