BWD Launches Online Seminar for New Service Connections

In an effort to continue serving our constituents with potable water, Buenavista Water District launches its Online Seminar for New Service Connection.

Before the pandemic, BWD conducts weekly orientation/seminar for individuals who want to have a water connection from the district.

The orientation/seminar is vital for our new concessionaires to understand our existing policies regarding water use.

With our current situation caused by the pandemic, we are forced to stop this physical activity and have shifted us to launch an Online Seminar for New Service Connection through the use of Facebook Messenger.

We have decided to use this medium knowing that majority of Filipinos are already using this application. If you have no Facebook account, you can use your relative's account to take the online seminar.

By following the curated online lessons in the comfort of your home or wherever you are, you can finish the seminar in about 10-15 minutes, unlike the traditional physical seminar which lasts 2 hours.
