Buenavista Water District Launches Online Seminar for New Service Connections

In line with our commitment to improve customer service and promote ease of doing business, Buenavista Water District (BWD) has launched its Online Seminar for New Service Connections, Reconnection and Change Meter.

Previously, BWD conducted weekly in-person orientation seminars for individuals applying for a water service connection. These seminars play a crucial role in helping new concessionaires understand the district’s policies, procedures, and responsibilities regarding water use.

To make the process more convenient and accessible, we have transitioned to an online seminar format using Google Forms, a platform widely used by many Filipinos. This allows you to complete the orientation anytime, anywhere—whether at home, at work, or on the go.

The seminar is designed to be concise and user-friendly, taking only 10 to 15 minutes to complete, compared to the traditional 2-hour physical seminar.
